Gray sentencing hearing to resume Monday
The court has recessed for the day in the death penalty phase of Ricky Javon Gray’s capital murder trial.
Defense testimony will resume Monday morning. Closing arguments are expected later that day, and the case could go to the jury after that to decide whether Gray receives life in prison without parole, or death.
