Life, or death?
It took a jury of five men and seven women just 30 minutes to convict Ricky Javon Gray of slaughtering a father, a mother and their two young girls.
Now comes the question of punishment—life in prison without parole, or death.
Just moments after a visibly relieved panel rendered its verdict, Deputy Commonwealth’s Attorney Learned Barry began making the state’s case for Ricky Gray to die.
