Penalty phase begins today
Bryan Harvey’s brother, Mark, and Kathryn Harvey’s half-brother, Steve Culp, are expected to testify this morning about how the Harveys’ deaths have affected them.
They are among the final prosecution witnesses during the penalty phase of Ricky Javon Gray’s capital murder trial. He was convicted yesterday of five counts of capital murder after 30 minutes of deliberation by a Richmond jury.
