Trial’s penalty phase resumes Friday
Testimony in the penalty phase of the capital murder trial of Ricky Javon Gray ended today at 3:40 p.m.
The prosecution’s case will continue tomorrow morning with four more witnesses. Defense attorneys have five witnesses to present and expect their case will conclude on Monday.
